Working with the Wayne County Republican Committee or a campaign is a great way to make sure your voice is heard while getting a first-hand look at the political process.

Campaigns are always in need of help in the form of supporters, volunteers, and interns, and there are jobs for everyone. No experience is necessary, since training will be provided on the job. Volunteering positions might come in the form of phone calling, canvassing, lit drops, working at events, mailings and/or data entry.

No worries if you have no experience, there will be on site training by a committerperson or the candidate of choice committee. There are so many different types of campaigns to get involved in throughout the year at the community, state and federal level.

Sometimes campaigning for state and local candidates might bring you a more first hand look at the campaign!

• Don’t forget to check into your local county races.
• Don’t have the time to volunteer? Donating (or getting other people to donate) to a candidate you support, showing your support (with a button, lawn sign, bumper sticker, etc), or just telling other people about the candidates you support and why are great ways to help support
campaigns!
